Attorney Profile

I help people get the relief that is available under the bankruptcy code and I actually enjoy doing it.  I have heavily concentrated in bankruptcy, filing or otherwise working on approximately 1200 cases over an 8 year span.  In addition to my consumer bankruptcy experience, I have also worked on the creditor's side of the law for big banks. I have been an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Specialists since 2014 and am admitted and active in both Washington (2015) and Ohio (2009).

While bankruptcy is my main area of concentration, I can also help with real estate, and estate planning.

On the personal side, I graduated with a degree in geology and worked in a limestone quarry as an on-site geologist for a summer.  After that, I moved to Japan where I taught English, wrote English textbooks and helped to manage an English school for 4.5 years.
