Ada K. Wong is the founder of AKW LAW, with offices in Washington and California. Mrs. Wong is sensitive to the challenges people may face when their employment rights are violated. Mrs. Wong focuses her practice on advocating for employees in employment law-related issues, generally handling cases such as sexual harassment, race discrimination, age discrimination, sex or gender discrimination, disability discriminate, wage and hour disputes, unpaid overtime, severance reviews and negotiations, and wrongful termination. What gives Mrs. Wong an advantage is that she also represents small employers. This allows her to see cases from both sides, giving her clients an advantage on their matters and finding a amicable resolution, whether through negotiations or at trial.  

Mrs. Wong also handles business matters and personal injury. To round out her dedication to help people, she provides basic estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, etc. 

Over the course of her career, Mrs. Wong has provided representation to both employees and employers, including in Bellevue, Seattle and King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston counties. She draws on this experience to help her passionately fight to make sure her clients' rights are upheld on a federal and state level. Regardless of the obstacles that may exist, Mrs. Wong believes that justice should be achieved and maintained - no matter the cost.
