• In a car accident where a negligent driver rear-ended our client, she suffered whiplash injuries in addition to a herniated disc in her thoracic spine. With only a surgical recommendation, our firm settled her matters for a gross amount of $460,000, and we were successful in getting her entire personal injury protection lien waived. , 2024
• We recently settled a case where a negligent driver caused a head-on collision with our client that resulted in severe back and hand injuries. Our firm secured a settlement of $300,000 for our client within a remarkable timeframe of just 90 days post-accident. The successful outcome of this case underscores the importance of prompt action and thorough preparation in personal injury claims. Our commitment to our client's well-being and our strategic approach ensured a swift and just settlement, allowing the client to focus on recovery without enduring prolonged financial or emotional stress. • In an outlier case where our firm represented a client for an employment retaliation claim, we litigated the matter through arbitrations, achieving 1 cent less than the jurisdictional limit of $100,000. The arbitration award for our client was awarded as $99,999.99. We started the lawsuit with 2 other co-counsels, both of whom withdrew, leaving my firm as the only firm to carry the lawsuit through arbitration. The defendant company was represented by a law firm with three attorneys assigned to the case. • In a medical malpractice lawsuit where our client suffered a vertebral artery dissection (VAD) resulting in a stroke at the V3 segment immediately following a high velocity rotational neck manipulation, we settled her case for $1,000,000, which was policy limits after aggressive litigation where the defendant was represented by personal counsel, defendant’s insurance defense firm and defendant’s litigation counsel from Tennessee., 2024
• Settled a medical malpractice case against a chiropractor that was represented by three different teaks of lawyers. Although my demand was ignored and they only offered $25,000 at mediation, I settled the lawsuit for policy limits of $1,000,000., 2023

• Resolved a matter against a three major insurance companies for the client settling her claim for $110,000 with the client only having approximately $12,000 in medical specials after a day of mediation. This was essentially a 10x settlement., 2022
• I represented a client pro bono in a family law matter because it was the right thing to do. The single mom needed representation against an abusive ex-husband who was abusing the two children. I was successful in obtaining a restraining order; however, opposing counsel was litigious and unethical requiring me to invest approximately 100 pro bono hours to continue representing my client to conclusion. I am very proud of my work as I improved the lives of the two minor children and I was successful in protecting my client and her children from an unethical lawyer and his abusive client.  I do not generally do family law, but I take my life's work as an officer of the court and servant to society seriously, and therefore, used what knowledge I had of the family law system to help an indigent client., 2022

I was trained in the Army to be a combat lifesaver providing life-saving treatment to Soldiers such as  implementing IVs, sucking chest wounds, etc. In 2016, during my first year of law school, about a month before 1L finals, my dad had a complete cardiac arrest while I was asleep in the basement. I provided emergency care, emergency CPR breaking two of his ribs in the process for approximately six (6) minutes before the paramedics arrived. Paramedics shocked my dad's heart 3-4 times before they were able to get a pulse again. After a two week coma and every doctor telling my family that my dad would be a vegetable, my dad woke up. He is alive and well today thanks to my military training.
