Harold D. Carr

Harold D. Carr serves the interests of plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle accidents in Olympia, Lakewood, Puyallup, Tacoma, and Federal Way, Washington. He practices personal injury law at The Law Offices of Harold D. Carr, which he founded in 1989. He manages a large personal injury practice with 11 attorneys and 36 support staff. Mr. Carr supports his clients during negotiations with insurance companies and other responsible parties. His thorough study of insurance policies helps inform his clients of the coverage amounts that could apply to their damage claims. His pursuit of compensation also includes engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Carr graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1981. His undergraduate studies took place at Kansas State University, which awarded him a Bachelor of Science in 1977. He also earned a master’s degree from the same school in 1978. Prior to opening his own law firm, he gained experience while working at law offices in King, Pierce and Thurston counties.

An active participant in several professional organizations, Mr. Carr maintains strong connections within the legal community as a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, the Thurston County Bar Association and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
