The founder of Valor Law Group, PS, Alexander Thomason is a skilled trial lawyer with over 18 years of legal experience. His practice centers on a range of legal matters pertaining to business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, insurance disputes, probate and personal injury.
Regardless of the dispute's size, Mr. Thomason is always ready to take on the challenge and come up with unique solutions. He is practical and straightforward, which he attributes to his experience running his family's apple farm.
Majoring in theology and Latin, Mr. Thomason graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2000 from Seattle Pacific University, where he served as a fellow of the university, a member of the Young Alumni Council Board and a weekly columnist of The Falcon student newspaper. Later in 2004, he earned his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law. He also delved into the realms of archaeology and rabbinic literature during his time in Israel.
Throughout his time in law school, Mr. Thomason demonstrated exceptional abilities. He was appointed as a research assistant for the Defender Association, held the prestigious position of president of The Federalist Society, and generously gave his time as a volunteer for the King County Spanish Legal Clinic. He later gained valuable experience serving as the Special Deputy Assistant Prosecutor for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office – Criminal Division.
Mr. Thomason is admitted to practice law in Washington, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. He has actively participated in several continuing legal education and public speaking events and has appeared on MSNBC, ABC, FOX, CNN, HLN, CNBC, King 5 News and KOMO TV. Moreover, he has been featured in prominent publications such as The Economist, People magazine and the ABA Journal.
An eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice, Mr. Thomason is also a part of the Washington Defenders Association, the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), the National Rifle Association of America, The Federalist Society (Puget Sound) and the Seattle Pacific University – Alumni Board.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Thomason has qualified among the top four in Donald Trump’s TV show, “The Apprentice.” He is also a recipient of the WSBA’s Pro Bono Publico Service Award, the National Collegiate Media Competition Award and the U.S. Ski Team Outstanding Achievement Award.
