Linda D. Tran

Linda D. Tran is an attorney at Law Offices of Linda D. Tran, PLLC, in Renton, Washington. Ms. Tran primarily focuses her practice on personal injury law- brain injuries, trucking collisions, bad faith and wrongful death- representing clients in Renton and throughout the state of Washington, Missouri & Kansas. In addition to personal injury law, she has experience with civil rights and real estate law.

Over her years in practice, Ms. Tran has successfully handled many complex legal matters. She is a diligent and compassionate advocate who fights hard to protect the legal rights of her clients and obtain the best results. She is a valuable member of her legal and professional communities and is known for her professionalism and loyalty to her clients.

Ms. Tran graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and went on to receive her law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. She holds a license to practice law in state and federal courts in Washington, Missouri and Kansas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.  Before becoming a lawyer, she served as a police officer in Missouri for five years.  

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Tran has served as a speaker for the Washington State Bar Association and as past president of the Vietnamese-American Bar Association of Washington. She also served on the Washington State Association for Justice Diversity Committee. Ms. Tran is now a Region 1 Board Member of the Trial Lawyer's College Alumni Association F-Warriors continuing to help people any way she could assist.
