Michael Kittleson

An attorney at Le & Kittleson, Michael Kittleson focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. His firm is in Renton, Washington, and he provides representation to clients throughout the state. Mr. Kittleson has been admitted to practice law before all Washington state courts since 2015.

Mr. Kittleson’s clients are people who have suffered harm due to the negligence or recklessness of other parties. He has worked on cases arising out of motor vehicle crashes, construction site and other workplace accidents, defective products, and medical malpractice, and he has been able to get his clients millions of dollars in compensation through jury awards and negotiated settlements. Some of his representative results have included a $1.5 million settlement in a car crash case and a $600,000 settlement on behalf of a bicyclist who was struck by an automobile. These and other successful outcomes have not gone unnoticed by his fellow members of the bar, and they have earned him a place in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.

Mr. Kittleson majored in political science and communications at Bradley University in Illinois, and in 2012, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude. He, then, went on to attend the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, and while he was there, he served externships with the Washington Supreme Court and the criminal division of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office before receiving his Juris Doctor in 2015. After he graduated, Mr. Kittleson was an attorney at area law firms before joining his present firm. His professional memberships include the Washington State Association for Justice.
