Peter E. Meyers

Peter Meyers, along with partner Todd Gardner, has achieved many of Washington’s highest results in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including a landmark $65.75 million settlement on behalf of the family of a top earning professional permanently disabled in a crash caused by a negligent city driver. Peter’s key practice areas include serious/fatal auto accidents, traumatic brain injury, defective products, and medical negligence. Peter is known for his thoroughness and attention to detail. He prepares every case assuming it will proceed to trial. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, he spent seven years as a King County deputy prosecutor.
