Shane M. Moriarty

Shane M. Moriarty has been practicing law in the state of Washington for a decade. From the firm Pendergast Law located in Renton, he directs his career toward providing legal assistance to individuals who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own. He has handled numerous cases involving wrongful death, unsafe premises, motor vehicle wrecks, semi-truck accidents, pedestrian and bicyclist incidents, dog attacks, and traumatic brain injuries.

Mr. Moriarty received his Juris Doctor with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013 following his graduation with a B.A. degree in communication and media studies from the State University of New York at Albany in 2009. He was part of the top-ranked NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse team during his time at SUNY Albany. 

Early in his career, Mr. Moriarty served as a legal intern for the City Attorney of San Diego Litigation Division. He proceeded to work at several highly regarded law firms within the greater Seattle area, gaining valuable experience defending businesses and individuals against various lawsuits. These lawsuits included those pertaining to personal injury, professional liability, construction defects and property damage. This experience has enabled him to effectively serve his clients as well as recognize the significance of advocating for those who require his support the most.

Mr. Moriarty is licensed to practice in Washington (2003) and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. He gives back to his legal community through his affiliations with the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association. He is an eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.
