Todd W. Gardner

Todd Gardner has obtained multiple jury verdicts of $10 million or more since 1995, including cases involving highway design ($13 million), medical negligence ($17 million), premises negligence ($12.7 million), and a $50 million verdict in a medical negligence trial – the largest in the state’s history. In addition, Todd has negotiated both confidential and non confidential settlements well into the millions, including a recent $65.75 million settlement, the largest single injury settlement in the state’s history. Todd is a member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates (Top 100 Attorneys in the U.S.), the American College of Trial Lawyers, ABOTA, and the Damage Attorneys Round Table. He was WSAJ’s Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2004, and ABOTA’s Washington Chapter Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2015.
