Allen Sakai

Allen Sakai provides legal services and advice to clients with real estate and business interests. His work involves all types of commercial and residential real estate and business transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, condominium and homeowners associations, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and business startups. He handles civil litigation, foreclosures and real estate contract forfeitures. Allen's clients include individuals, businesses, developers, builders, escrow companies and lenders. Admitted to the Washington Bar in 1981, Allen earned his law degree at UCLA. He has been named to the Washington Super Lawyers list since 2007. He is a former member of the WSBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section Executive Committee and is a past chair of the KCBA Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.  He is a former president of the East King County Bar Association.
