  • Shaw v. Ecolab, plaintiff was injured in an auto accident where she made claims for traumatically induced TOS, and other sprains/strains, including lost wages due to her injuries. After a 1.5 week jury trial in King County, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff's request of $589,341.57. , 2015
  • Shields v. Martinson, plaintiff was injured in an auto accident and made claims for a traumatic brain injury and severe low back injury that were disputed. The case went to trial for three weeks in King County, which resulted in a mistrial. The case was then arbitrated at binding arbitration before Judge Paris Kallas, who returned an award in favor of the Plaintiff for $675,000., 2016
  • Leahy v. State Farm, plaintiff was involved in an auto accident, and had settled with the underlying tortfeasor. Case went to a 4 day jury trial against State Farm where the main question for the jury was whether the plaintiff had acquired a rare rheumatoid disease due to the trauma of the auto collision. The jury decided that yes she had, and returned a verdict for $884,017.31., 2015
  • Heavirland v. Warren, auto accident resulting in shoulder injury necessitating recommendation for future surgery. Went to trial in Skagit County, on day 3 of trial the defense tendered the available $100,000.00 third party policy limits. , 2015
