Ms. Maloney clerked for the Honorable Fernando G. Gaitan, Jr., federal judge for the Western District of Missouri. She has also been a member of the Eighth Circuit Civil Jury Instructions Committee, where she worked with federal judges and practitioners to draft model jury instructions for civil trials. She was the Editor in Chief of the ABA Treatise supplement on the Fair Labor Standards Act for three years. Ms. Maloney has successfully tried numerous employment cases in different jurisdictions, and has handled several important appellate cases that have led to greater protections for employees.
