Ms. Bloom completed her undergraduate studies in 1993, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. She later went on to attend the New York University School of Law, where her legal acumen and prowess were honed. During her time in law school, she was actively involved in the Civil Rights Clinic and interned for the Honorable Judge Sonia Sotomayor of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude in 1999, and two years later, she obtained her license to practice law in Washington.
