Brent Bohan

Brent Bohan is a partner attorney at McKinley Irvin, a firm based in Washington with multiple offices across the state. From the firm’s office in Seattle, he assists families and individuals with their legal issues involving divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters. He also represents clients in cases involving more complex areas of family law, such as high-asset property division and contentious custody issues.

Mr. Bohan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and is a strong presence in the Washington legal community. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and economics, Mr. Bohan graduated from the University of Washington. Afterward, he earned a Master of Arts degree in environmental law and policy and his Juris Doctor degree at Vermont Law School. Mr. Bohan is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Washington Mediation Association.
