Carol L. Edward

The founder and of counsel attorney at the Law Offices of Carol L. Edward & Associates, P.S., Carol L. Edward focuses her practice exclusively on U.S. Immigration and citizenship law. Attorney Julia Hunter is also a principal attorney and is involved in managing and overseeing staff and client casework. Our team of lawyers and legal professionals, provides representation to individuals and businesses throughout the United States and Worldwide. We assist companies and individuals seeking or renewing visas under the categories of non-immigrant, immigrant, and humanitarian visas including DACA, as well as those seeking citizenship. Our team has extensive litigation experience, and can effectively represent clients before the Immigration Court, on administrative appeals, and to the federal court system. We also use our expertise to advise attorneys about the impact of immigration status on collateral legal matters.

Ms. Edward received her B.S. with honors from University of California, Davis, and her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Ms. Edward was admitted to practice law in Washington State in 1984 and is permitted to practice Immigration law throughout the United States, and at U.S. Consulates, worldwide. Other admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
