Carol L. Edward

The founder of and principal attorney at the Law Office of Carol L. Edward & Associates, Carol L. Edward focuses her practice exclusively on U.S. Immigration and citizenship law. Her team of lawyers and legal professionals, provides representation to individuals and businesses throughout the United States and Worldwide. They assist companies and individuals seeking or renewing visas under  the categories of  non-immigrant, immigrant, and humanitarian visas including DACA, as well as those seeking citizenship. Ms. Edward and her team have extensive litigation experience, and can effectively represent clients before the Immigration Court, on administrative appeals, and to the federal court system.   We work with other attorneys who need information about the immigration impact of other matters. 

Ms. Edward received her B.S. with honors from University of California, Davis, and her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Ms. Edward was admitted to practice law in Washington State in l984 and is permitted to practice Immigration law throughout the United States, and at U.S. Consulates, worldwide. Other admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
