Caroline Golshan

Caroline A. Golshan is a passionate advocate dedicated to supporting survivors of abuse and catastrophic injury. A California native, Caroline’s journey in the legal field began in Seattle, where she gained invaluable experience in several law firms. With over twelve years of rich experience spanning roles as a lawyer, law clerk, paralegal, and marketing coordinator, Caroline brings a comprehensive and nuanced perspective to her work.

Her early career as a paralegal was marked by a profound commitment to supporting personal injury plaintiffs, injured workers, and domestic violence survivors. Caroline also advocated on behalf of children entangled in contentious family law disputes as a Family Law Court Appointed Special Advocate. This formative experience deepened her understanding of the complexities faced by vulnerable populations and solidified her resolve to pursue justice on their behalf.

As a litigator, Caroline has specialized in catastrophic work injuries and abuse cases, channeling her extensive knowledge and empathy into representing individuals who have suffered significant trauma. Some of her champion case wins include securing lifetime pensions for individuals who were significantly injured in the workplace. At PCVA, she focuses on representing survivors of child sexual abuse and victims of severe injuries, striving to empower them to seek justice and achieve fair reparations for their experiences.

Caroline has always wanted to work in plaintiff’s litigation because she wants to work for—and in support of—people. She is hungry for knowledge and likes to be intellectually challenged. She approaches every case with a strong will to understand her client’s experience, how the law can benefit them, and how she can right the wrongs done to innocent people through compassionate advocacy and creative legal strategies.

Even with a busy caseload and three young children, Caroline gives back through pro bono programs. She actively engages in regular pro bono work, including advocating for legal guardianship for children in need. Helping children is a personal priority and an integral part of her current role at PCVA.
