Claire Boren

An associate attorney at Levy von Beck Comstock Chastain PS, Claire Boren continues to excel in her role, leveraging her proficiency to serve clients across the state of Washington. Whether it's advocating for clients in construction disputes, resolving real estate boundary conflicts, navigating property insurance claims or handling commercial property subrogation matters, her commitment to her clients' success remains unwavering.

Drawing upon her legal knowledge, Ms. Boren brings a determined and diligent approach to her practice. She is highly regarded for her vigorous client representation, diligence and ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Ms. Boren attended Wayne State University Law School, obtained her Juris Doctor in 2020 and was admitted to practice law in Washington the same year. During law school, she was involved with the law school’s Disability Law Clinic, which championed cases related to fair housing and various forms of disability discrimination. She gained additional experience as a law clerk at a boutique national law firm representing plaintiffs in lawsuits involving catastrophic commercial property damage.

Prior to her legal education, Ms. Boren graduated from Occidental College in 2013, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and comparative literature. She then enrolled at Washington State University and received her master’s degree in English in 2016.
