Daniel S. Houser

Daniel S. Houser is an attorney at Houser Law PLLC in Seattle, Washington. Practicing law for over 20 years, Mr. Houser provides knowledgeable advice and support to each client he serves. Over the course of his career, he has successfully tried and settled many complex cases, pursuing justice and working toward the best possible resolution to complex situations. He has been involved in significant cases involving issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, property damage and various types of insurance claims.

Over the years, he has tried cases at the trial and appellate levels and has favorably settled numerous cases out of court.

In 1995, Mr. Houser graduated cum laude from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 1999. While pursuing his law degree, he served as editor-in-chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.

Staying active in his legal community, Mr. Houser participates in several professional organizations. He belongs to the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and The State Bar of California.
