She represents clients in a wide range of employment-related matters, including cases arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Washington Minimum Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as employment contract disputes and other civil rights issues.
Ms. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Seattle University in 2011. She later went on to attend the Seattle University School of Law, where she honed her legal skills and gained her Juris Doctor in 2017. After successfully clearing the bar, she was licensed to practice law in Washington in 2018.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Kim is deeply involved in the development of legal education. She serves as an adjunct professor with the Workers’ Rights Clinic at the Seattle University School of Law, where she mentors law students and helps guide them in representing clients in employment-related matters. She is also a board member of the Asian Bar Association of Washington and a member of the King County Bar Association.
