David M. Beninger

Recognized by the Best Lawyers for his advocacy skills, David M. Beninger is an attorney best known for his work in the personal injury field. Earning his bachelor’s degree in economics, Mr. Beninger graduated from the University of Washington in 1984. Later in 1988, he received his doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Washington School of Law.

During his free time, Mr. Beninger engages in other activities and is quite often seen at multiple conferences discussing and educating people about various legal issues. He is a member of Justice Advocacy Africa, a nonprofit organization established to provide training for African lawyers with constant mentoring. He also holds memberships in the Washington State Association for Justice and the Damage Attorneys Roundtable.
