Her experience in the former area includes H-1B and other temporary worker visas; E-1 and E-2 treaty trader and treaty investor visas; P visas for entertainers, artists and athletes; NAFTA Professionals (TN); and EB-1 or O Visas for aliens with extraordinary ability or whose work is in the national interest (NIW Waiver). In her family immigration practice, Ms. Reber-Mariniello has helped her clients obtain fiancée visas, green cards and citizenship, and she has also worked on cases involving changes in status, asylum, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or that require waivers for various grounds of inadmissibility.

Before attending college, Ms. Reber-Mariniello was the owner and operator of a music events production company in Denver, Colorado. She then enrolled at Colorado State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2004. While she was there, Ms. Reber-Mariniello served internships with the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender and the King County Juvenile Court. She also spent two years representing clients in mental health and drug courts as a “Rule 9” licensed intern. After being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2010, she entered private practice for a successful business immigration law firm in San Jose, California, shortly after establishing ERM Immigration Law, PLLC.
