Eric Ping Lin

Eric Ping Lin is an attorney at the Law Office of Carol L. Edward & Associates, P.S., located in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Lin practices immigration law and serves clients throughout the Seattle area. He handles various types of immigration matters, including family immigration, removal proceedings, administrative and federal court appeals, and political asylum.

Mr. Lin has been licensed to practice law in the state of Washington since 1997 and has more than 20 years of experience, including a decade practicing immigration law. He has litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels and has tried cases before immigration courts, as well as the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Lin enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering his time on a pro bono basis. He regularly provides his services to free legal clinics and has taken on many successful pro bono cases over the course of his career. He also gives back to the legal community by lecturing and presenting on various immigration-related legal topics.

Mr. Lin enjoys being an active member of the Washington state legal community. He belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a former officer of the organization’s Seattle chapter. He is also a member of the Asian Bar Association of Washington.

Mr. Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
