As a founder and president of Floyd | Pflueger, Francis S. Floyd represents corporations and individuals throughout Seattle, Washington, in personal injury defense cases. An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Floyd is a member of the Washington Council of School Attorneys, the DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar and the Northwest Indian Bar Association. His personal interests include tennis, sea kayaking and downhill skiing. In his 38 years as an attorney, Mr. Floyd has worked in Washington and Alaska, and served as lead counsel in defending clients involved in class action cases concerning drug and pharmacy lawsuits, intellectual property, employment disputes and civil rights.

Having lived in the Pacific Northwest his entire life, Mr. Floyd earned his law degree in 1978 from the College of Law, Willamette University. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, graduating cum laude, in 1975.
