Gabriela Gutierrez

As an associate attorney at Dellino Family Law Group, located in Seattle, Washington, Gabriela Gutierrez provides caring and practical legal advice to individuals and families. She focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, dissolution of marriage, domestic violence protection, fathers’ rights, marital property division, paternity and same-sex family law. Ms. Gutierrez began building her legal foundation at the University of Washington Tacoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in law and policy in 2018. She continued her legal education at the University of Washington School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2020. While in law school, she developed a strong understanding of legal systems, policy development and the social issues that often relate to family law.

Following graduation, Ms. Gutierrez was admitted to practice law in the state of Washington in 2021. Early in her legal career, she gained valuable courtroom insight while serving as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. This experience provided insight into federal court procedures and strengthened her analytical and advocacy skills.

Ms. Gutierrez assists clients through challenging legal transitions, including divorce proceedings, custody disputes and support matters. She is committed to guiding clients through emotionally difficult situations with professionalism, clear communication and careful legal strategy.
