In his busy personal injury practice, Mr. Albert assists Washingtonians who have been harmed by the negligence or wrongful acts of others. Mr. Albert is also an advocate of civil rights and liberties. After starting his legal career with a non-profit in 2008, Mr. Albert has gone on to represent many victims of civil rights violations, including police brutality, excessive force, employment discrimination, school discrimination, age discrimination, racial discrimination, disability discrimination, free speech violations, and school bullying. Mr. Albert has represented clients in more than 30 lawsuits against school districts for negligence and civil rights violations, mostly on behalf of disabled children and their families.
