Mr. Cassubhai started his career at a renowned, large law firm and cut his teeth by litigating complex commercial and employment cases.  He also served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in Tacoma, Washington.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts in history from Boston College, Mr. Cassubhai obtained his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and was named Faculty Scholar and Graduation Student Speaker. He also completed coursework in Arabic from the Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).  

Mr. Cassubhai holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section and the South Asian Bar Associations of Washington and New Jersey.

Dedicated to his local community, Mr. Cassubhai provides pro bono services to non-profits and marginalized and underprivileged groups. He currently serves as a board member of the Washington Joint Minority Mentorship Program and the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey, and he has previously served as a board member of the InterIm Community Development Association in Seattle, Washington.
