Jason M. Kettrick

Jason is a partner in Carney Badley Spellman's litigation section and a member of the firm's construction and real estate practice groups.  He provides general business counseling to many local and regional companies, and has extensive construction and business litigation experience in matters involving commercial and industrial projects througout the Northwest, as well tax, trade secret, and securities related disputes.  Jason is a business owner and former extern to the Honorable Judge John A. Rossmeissl, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Jason is licensed to practice in Washington, Montana, and before the United States Court of Federal Claims.
