As Managing Shareholder of GLP Attorneys, John D. Webber leads with purpose, vision, and a steadfast commitment to justice. Based in the firm’s Seattle headquarters, John oversees the firm’s Human Resources and Operations, Finance, and Marketing & Business Development Committees, and serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee. A lifelong advocate for equity and inclusion, he completed the University of Washington Foster School of Business DEI Certificate Program in 2022.
John began practicing personal injury law in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1995, and brought his passion for advocacy to the Pacific Northwest in 2000 when he joined GLP Attorneys. Over the past two decades, he has helped shape the firm’s growth and reputation as one of the region’s premier personal injury law firms.
A respected leader in Washington’s legal community, John currently serves as President-Elect of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) and is a proud Eagle member. For more than a decade, he has held key leadership roles within the organization—including Board of Governors, Vice President of Legislative Affairs, Vice President of Public Affairs, and Co-Chair of the WSAJ Annual Convention—reflecting his unwavering dedication to WSAJ’s mission of protecting the rights of injured individuals and strengthening access to justice for all.
John’s professional excellence has been recognized through his inclusion on the Super Lawyers list every year from 2015 to 2025, and as a Rising Star in 2007–2008. He also maintains a 10.0 Avvo rating, underscoring his reputation for integrity, advocacy, and results.

Prior to assuming the role of Managing Attorney, John’s legal practice focused on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, including truck and car collisions, construction and logging accidents, traumatic brain injuries, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, and premises liability claims.
At his core, John is driven by a passion for helping people rebuild their lives after hardship. His leadership and advocacy reflect his belief that justice should be accessible, equitable, and compassionate—especially for those most in need.
