Mr. Hawkins prioritizes keeping clients out of the courtroom, aiming to protect the emotional and financial well-being of all involved. He firmly believes that, even amidst legal conflicts, there is a way forward that respects the dignity of every individual. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, he earned his bachelor's degree in English language and literature from Brigham Young University. His education and internships also provided him with a solid foundation in estate planning and probate, which he continues to practice at Truce Law, PLLC.
A respected figure in the legal community, Mr. Hawkins actively volunteers with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program, assisting family law clients with the legal process. He serves on the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Engagement Committee and is vice president of the Young Lawyers Society of the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA).
