Kaitlin is a Partner and serves as the Learning & Development Director at GLP Attorneys, based in the firm’s Seattle office. In this role, she leads the design, development, and execution of all firmwide learning and professional development initiatives for both legal and administrative professionals. Working closely with practice area leaders, attorneys, and operational leadership, Kaitlin creates and delivers innovative learning programs that strengthen technical expertise, elevate client service, and build leadership capabilities at every stage of career growth. She facilitates in-person and virtual training sessions across Washington State, helping GLP Attorneys maintain a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In addition to her Learning & Development leadership, Kaitlin plays a key operational role within the firm. She leads GLP Attorneys’ Medical Records Team and supports firmwide initiatives focused on process improvement, technology enhancements, and operational efficiency. She is also a valued contributor to the firm’s software implementation team, ensuring technology solutions align with the firm’s workflows and client-centered approach. Kaitlin regularly participates in Case Action Plan meetings, collaborating with attorneys and staff to support strategy, communication, and best practices across the firm.
Kaitlin also leads GLP Attorneys’ statewide Legal Internship Program, mentoring interns and helping shape the next generation of personal injury advocates. The program provides meaningful, hands-on experience for law students throughout Washington.
Kaitlin began her career with GLP Attorneys in 2013 as a legal intern in the firm’s Spokane office while attending Gonzaga University School of Law. After graduation, she practiced as an associate attorney in the firm’s Spokane and Tri-Cities offices from 2014 to 2017, before transferring to Seattle in 2018 to be closer to her family in Redmond.
