Kimberly A. Kasin

Kimberly A. Kasin is an associate attorney at Tsai Law Company, PLLC, in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Kasin concentrates her practice on family law, representing individuals and families throughout the Seattle metropolitan area in cases involving child custody, child support, dissolution and related issues. She has over a decade of legal experience and has always focused her practice on family law.

A talented litigator, Ms. Kasin is also experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods including arbitration and mediation. She understands that divorce and other family-based legal disputes are emotional and stressful, and so is determined to provide sincere, compassionate and committed services to her clients. She is a formidable negotiator and strong advocate, fighting for the best possible resolution to even the most complex situations.

In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Kasin aims to stay involved in her legal and professional communities. She sits on the board of directors of Youth Eastside Services and is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and King County Collaborative Law.

Ms. Kasin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Washington. She later received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law. Following law school, she passed the Washington bar examination and became licensed to practice before all Washington state courts.

Early in her legal career, Ms. Kasin worked for the Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel. She went on to spend several years practicing family law at other private law firms before joining Tsai Law Company, PLLC, in 2019.
