- Judgment of 2.5 million for sexual assault of customer at massage therapy establishment, 2020
- Verdict of $250,000.00 for child with broken leg in a school bus roll over crash. Even though the leg healed normally, we proceeded to trial because of the emotional damage to the child. The client had severe cerebral palsy and was unable to talk, so our presentation was through his family and doctors to talk about the emotional damage he suffered as a result of the crash. After additional work following the verdict, the case settled for $285,000.00., 2023
- Case against Lewis County settled for 1.8 million. We brought claims of negligence for permitting sexual abuse in a juvenile detention facility in the mid-1990s., 2023
- We did a bench trial in 2022 against Washington State, DSHS, for negligence and received a verdict of $250,000.00. Liability was contested as were damages. After the trial, we were able to add to the verdict for a settlement of $298,000.00., 2022
- Motor vehicle collision, rear end collision, medical bills of approximately $12,000, jury verdict of approximately $50,000 and in excess of settlement offers. This was the first all zoom jury trial in Washington State Court. , 2021
- Motor vehicle crash, rear end collision with medical bills of approximately $15,000. Verdict of approximately $95,000., 2019
- Settled case for full policy limits of 1 million (UIM) and $25,000 for third party limits. Motor vehicle collision with rollover. Driver made full recovery, but lost his spleen as a result of the collision., 2021
