Ms. Levias’ practice covers a broad spectrum of family law, including cases that involve foreign-born parents, interstate and international custody issues, and parental kidnapping. Her commitment extends to pro bono efforts, notably assisting children who arrive in the U.S. unaccompanied and require care from relatives. Joining a small law firm in Fremont helped Ms. Levias reshape her perception of family law and view divorce and family transitions as opportunities for new beginnings rather than endings.
