Mark Lamb

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mark Lamb has been a sagacious advocate for his clients, helping them to amicably resolve their complex legal issues with a steadfast commitment to achieving their goals. At Carney Badley Spellman, P.S., in Seattle, Washington, he handles a wide range of legal matters, including constitutional law, legislative, and government affairs and civil litigation, with special emphasis on commercial real estate and land use and zoning issues. 

Mr. Lamb completed his undergraduate studies from Duke University, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy, and he went on to attend the Duke University School of Law, where he strengthened his shrewd legal acumen and talents with the foresight of helping clients in the future. After receiving his Juris Doctor, he obtained his license to practice law in California and in Washington in 2000. He later gained admission to practice before all the federal district courts of California, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. 

A venerable attorney with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Lamb brings his breadth of legal and practical knowledge to the fore, utilizing every legal tool in his arsenal to give his clients the peace of mind and respite they deserve. He has garnered recognition from the Puget Sound Business Journal, with inclusion in their 40 Under 40 Honoree list, and he was listed in Legal 500 for the year 2026 as well.
