These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
“Superior trial attorney and litigator.”
“I've known Mark Leemon for about thirty-five years and for most of that time, we represented opposing parties. Mark is one of the most accomplished and capable plaintiffs' attorneys I know. He is one of two attorneys to whom I would direct anyone who asked me about pursuing a possible medical negligence case against a provider.”
“Mark received the award of Trial Lawyer of the Year from the Washington State Association for Justice in 2009. He was a criminal defense attorney for the Public Defender's Office in Seattle from 1973-1983 and then went into private practice. He has received many 6 and 7 figure verdicts and settlements, mainly in the areas of product liability, medical malpractice, negligent supervision, and other types of governmental liability cases. He has been involved in many appeals and is associated with many published opinions.”
“Mark Leemon is one of the smartest lawyers I know. He has a keen knack for spotting issues and developing unique legal theories to obtain remedies for his clients who are often the victims of governmental negligence and abuse by people in positions of power. These cases are tough, but Mark is tougher.”
