Michael J. Longyear

Attorney Michael Longyear is a member at Reed Longyear Corwin Burnett & Calogero PLLC, practicing in the areas of trust and estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, elder law, and related corporate and business matters. Mike graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He serves as guardian and conservator of estates, trustee, and estate administrator in routine and complex or contested matters. He is a former member of the Certified Professional Guardian Board. He is a trustee of the WSBA Elder Law Executive Committee. He is a past Chair of the KCBA Guardianship and Elder Law Section, a past Chair of the WSBA Elder Law Section, a past Co-Chair of the Title 11.88 Mandatory Guardian ad Litem Training Program, and a past Co-Chair of the Minor Settlement (SPR98.16W) Training Program.  Mike is a member of the Real Property, Trust, and Probate Sections of the KCBA and the WSBA. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle, Northwest Family Business Advisors and serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations.
