Michelle Dellino

Michelle T. Dellino is the founding attorney of Dellino Family Law Group, in Seattle, Washington. She established the firm with a strong belief that every problem has a solution. Her practice is centered on complex family law matters, including high-conflict cases and high-asset dissolutions. She is adept at handling cases involving long-term marriages, business owners, IT and medical professionals, as well as domestic violence and family law. Additionally, she drafts prenuptial agreements to help clients avoid future litigation. 

Ms. Dellino leads the firm with a visionary approach, overseeing the firm’s development and strategic practices while heading its leadership team. Her personal philosophy is rooted in resilience and the belief that individuals should not be defined by their worst moments or relationships. Having experienced challenging periods in her own life, she brings empathy and understanding to her practice, aiming to support her clients through their most difficult times.

Ms. Dellino advanced to earn her undergraduate degrees from New York University and Seattle University, studying politics and philosophy. Her law degree, obtained with honors from Seattle University School of Law, included focus areas in family and criminal law. She furthered her skills with a certificate in law and technology and a master's degree in criminology and criminal justice from Arizona State University. Her career began in public defense and as a staff attorney at Kitsap County Superior Court before she turned her focus to family law.

As both a trained mediator and former criminal trial attorney, Ms. Dellino possesses the skills and experience necessary to navigate cases toward creative settlements or through intensive courtroom litigation. Born and raised in Seattle, she is deeply connected to her community, actively participating in volunteer work with the King County Bar Association and various animal rescue groups. She is committed to empowering people facing divorce with information and resources and is the co-host of the popular podcast Divorce Confidential, meetup group Do's and Don'ts of Separation and Divorce, and hosts monthly webinars on domestic relations law. Michelle Dellino is also co-author of Tiger Tactics CEO Edition: From ZERO to Law Firm CEO, a bestselling book that features insights from 13 prominent law firm leaders.
