Nationally renowned for his prowess in business law and intellectual property (IP) and trademark law, Neil Juneja puts all his legal acumen and resources to work for his clients. The managing partner of Gleam Law in Seattle, Washington, he advocates for clients throughout the United States and has an added focus on helping businesses operating within the cannabis industry. 

With nearly 15 years of experience, Mr. Juneja is knowledgeable of a host of business law matters, including regulation and compliance, as well as issues pertaining to I-502 licensed entities. When it comes to IP and patent law related to cannabis organizations, he set the gold standard in registration, negotiation and infringement of copyrights, and patent applications such as the composition matter of cannabis, among many others.

Mr. Juneja is a 2001 B.B.A degree graduate as well as a 2009 B.S. degree graduate from Cleveland State University and the University of Washington respectively. While completing his latter degree, he received his Juris Doctor in 2008 from the Seattle University School of Law, and a year later, his license to practice in Washington. 

A true consummate professional, Mr. Juneja is no stranger to complex challenges that arise when handling legal matters for a business, and for his tireless efforts in maintaining effective and consistent service, he has been lauded by his peers as well as legal organizations within his legal community. He received the Washington State Bar Association’s Pro Bono Public Service Commendation on numerous occasions, and he has been named Marijuana IP Attorney of the Year by Acquisitions International.
