Neil M. Fox

Neil Fox handles trials, appeals, and post-conviction cases in both state and federal court. With almost 25 years of experience, Mr. Fox has defended people accused or convicted of a wide variety of criminal charges, both felonies and misdemeanors. He also helps people with sex offender registration issues, firearm rights, freedom of speech issues, and cases involving the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. A graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, Mr. Fox also has a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and is admitted to practice in Washington State, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
