Nicholas Neidzwski

A partner at BoatLaw, LLP, Nicholas J. Neidzwski is a trial attorney representing individuals throughout California, Alaska, Oregon and Washington, in cases concerning maritime and personal injury law. 

In his nearly two decades of practice, Nick has successfully litigated numerous cases involving the Jones Act, general maritime law, and product liability on behalf of his clients in various courts, including in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Central Districts of California, the Western District of Washington, the District of Oregon, the District of Alaska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. 

Nick grew up in New Jersey with a family spanning three generations under the same roof. Following graduation from Ramsey High School, Nick attended New York University for his undergraduate studies in music and business. After graduating with honors from NYU in 2007, he moved to Virginia to attend Washington and Lee University School of Law. At Washington and Lee, Nick earned the position of executive editor of the school’s Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, a publication focused on legal issues that affect historically underrepresented classes of persons.

Nick remains focused and dedicated to the representation of individuals, not corporations, against many of the largest maritime employers in the United States.
