Patrick R. Lamb

Patrick Lamb is Managing Shareholder of Carney Badley Spellman, Chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, and member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He represents middle-market privately held businesses, founders, investors, and strategic buyers in complex corporate transactions. Patrick Lamb’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and commercial financings. He serves as lead counsel on deals ranging from lower middle-market (sub $10 million) to upper middle market (greater than $300 million). 

Patrick Lamb’s practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of complex corporate and business agreements, including limited liability company agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, supply and service agreements, and licensing and distribution agreements. He also serves as outside general counsel for middle-market privately held businesses.
