Mr. Fogarty is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, and in all Washington state courts. The Houston Bar Association awarded him the President’s Award in 1994, and he was given an Am. Jur award in Constitutional Law in 1988.
