Rebecca L. Mader

Rebecca L. Mader is a senior attorney at Dellino Family Law Group, based in Seattle, Washington, where she represents clients in a wide range of family law matters. She is known for her thoughtful advocacy and client-centered approach, and she assists individuals and families facing emotional legal challenges. Her practice focuses on family law issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, property division and spousal maintenance, as well as adoption, paternity and visitation rights.

Ms. Mader also advises clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, parenting plan modifications and legal matters involving committed intimate relationships. She has experience handling protection orders and cases involving domestic violence, and she provides compassionate guidance to clients seeking stability and long-term solutions for their families. Additionally, she represents members of the LGBTQIA+ community in family law matters, helping clients protect their parental rights and family relationships under the law.

Ms. Mader graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 2008. Later, she went on to attend the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she honed her shrewd legal acumen and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2011. She was admitted to practice law in Montana in 2015 and Washington in 2019. 

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Mader remains active in the professional legal community. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section, the State Bar of Montana, the State Bar of New Mexico, the Utah State Bar , the Wyoming State Bar, the State Bar of Arizona, the Colorado Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar.
