Rory D. Cosgrove

Rory Cosgrove is passionate about the appellate process and focuses his practice exclusively on appeals. He has been lead counsel in countless appeals, arguing many in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in Washington’s appellate courts.
