Ryan C. Sobotka

Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington in 2016, Ryan C. Sobotka is an associate attorney at the law firm of Levy von Beck Comstock Chastain PS, located in Seattle, Washington. He focuses his practice exclusively on matters involving construction defect law, real estate disputes, commercial collections, homeowner and condominium associations and general civil litigation. 

Graduating cum laude, Mr. Sobotka has a Bachelor of Arts degree in peace studies from Whitworth University, where he was a part of the Central America Study Program. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, he was also a part of the Study Law in Alaska Program. 

Mr. Sobotka interned at the Office of Public Advocacy in the Elder Fraud and Assistance and Public Guardian Section. He is licensed to practice law in all federal and state courts in Washington. Before joining Levy von Beck Comstock Chastain PS, his clients included general contractors, subcontractors, property owners and complex construction suppliers. 

Additionally, Mr. Sobotka represented clients with personal injury matters, helping those who are injured through no fault of their own and through the negligence or ignorance of another party. Having gained valuable experience throughout his legal career, he provides knowledgeable and sound counsel to his clients, both inside and outside the courtroom. 

Keeping his clients’ interests in the forefront, Mr. Sobotka is an understanding, professional and dedicated attorney.
