Scott R. Weaver

Mr. Weaver graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego in 1992, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business finance and English. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1996. Further enhancing his knowledge in the real estate sector, he obtained a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington in 2008.

Admitted to practice law in Washington and California, Mr. Weaver is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He maintains active involvement in professional organizations, including the Washington State Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the King County Bar Association.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Weaver is engaged in his community through leadership and service. He serves on the board of trustees for Seattle Repertory Theatre and is an active member and committee chair with NAIOP. He is also co-founder and co-owner of Seattle Anti-Freeze and holds leadership roles with alumni associations for both the University of San Diego and UCLA.

Mr. Weaver is a debt relief agent. He helps people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
