He was on the National Board of ABOTA and also served as president of its Washington chapter.

Enthusiastic in pro bono work, Mr. Osborn has served on the board of trustees for the Kirkland Boys & Girls Clubs and the Seattle University Law School Alumni Board, the Kirkland Merchants Baseball Club and the boards of trustees for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Providence Hospital Foundation and the Hope Heart Foundation. He has also actively aided the Special Olympics and the Leukemia Society of America.

With numerous awards and recognitions from peers and clients, Mr. Osborn was the recipient of the Trial Lawyer of the Year award by the American Board of Trial Advocates.
