Teva F. Sempel

Teva often litigates breach of contract and other business-related claims, including claims involving unfair trade practices, trade secrets, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. He handles all aspects of construction law litigation, including claims related to pay applications, liens, change orders, public bids, delays, construction defects, and design errors. Sempel also represents commercial property owners in unlawful detainer actions, shareholders and members in judicial dissolution actions, and businesses in lease disputes and receivership proceedings. 

Sempel represents corporate clients in internal investigations, government investigations, and enforcement actions regarding business crimes and civil frauds, including healthcare, government contract, and financial institutions fraud. He defends individuals in cases involving allegations of public corruption, fraud, money laundering, structuring, and other financial crimes.
